Welcome to SK69 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under applicable international online gaming regulations. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Member", "you") and SK69 with respect to your access to and use of the Platform, its games, features, promotions, and associated services.

By registering an account with SK69, accessing any page on the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure. SK69 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

In order to register and maintain an Account with SK69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. SK69 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
4. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by SK69 or any other gaming platform or regulatory body, at the time of registration or at any point during account activity.
5. Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended SK69 account. Each individual is permitted one account only, regardless of the payment method or device used.
6. Own Benefit: You must be accessing and using the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

To access the full suite of SK69 services, you are required to complete our account registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates remains accurate and complete. SK69 shall not be held liable for any delays, failed transactions, or service interruptions arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. SK69 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify SK69 support immediately via live chat at [email protected].

4.3 Account Verification

SK69 reserves the right to verify the identity of any User at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed satisfactorily.

By using the SK69 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose the entire amount you deposit and wager on the Platform;
• SK69 does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit from gaming or betting activity;
• All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or real-world events, as applicable to each product;
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings received through the Platform in your jurisdiction of residence;
• SK69 may monitor, record, and review all account activity for the purposes of fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gambling obligations;
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis and may be subject to interruptions for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

5.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, SK69 reserves the right to declare affected rounds void and return stakes to the respective accounts. SK69 shall not be liable to pay out any purported winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error or system fault.

SK69 accepts deposits via the following verified payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Visa, Mastercard, as well as cryptocurrency deposits including USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH).

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for fiat currency transactions and the equivalent of RM 50 for cryptocurrency deposits. Specific promotions may impose higher minimum deposit thresholds as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Fiat currency deposits via e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow channels are typically credited to your SK69 account within a few minutes of transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations on the applicable blockchain. SK69 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, network transaction fees for cryptocurrency deposits are borne by the User.

6.3 Payment Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. SK69 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit received from a payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder may be returned and the account subjected to additional verification requirements.

SK69 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and must comply with the following conditions:

7.1 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status. Gold tier members benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits as published in the VIP programme documentation.

7.2 Processing Times

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes during operational hours.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank Wire / Direct Transfer: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

SK69 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of an active dispute. Any withdrawal request associated with an account under investigation will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

7.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds associated with unredeemed bonus amounts are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable rollover requirements have been met. Real-money balance may be withdrawn independently of any active bonus balance, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

SK69 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any additional terms specified within the individual promotion.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent suspension.
• Rollover requirements must be fulfilled within the specified timeframe. Bonuses that expire before the rollover requirement is met will be removed from the account along with any associated winnings.
• SK69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a User has already opted in, the User will be notified and any qualifying criteria already met will be honoured or an alternative offer provided at SK69's discretion.
• Bonuses must be used in accordance with their stated purpose. A sports betting welcome bonus, for example, may not be applicable to casino game wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension: (a) placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; (b) systematic low-risk wagering designed to artificially fulfil rollover requirements; (c) coordinating bonus exploitation across multiple accounts; (d) any other form of advantage play that SK69 determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute abuse of its promotional offers.

All bets and wagers placed on the SK69 Platform are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. SK69 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in instances of demonstrated technical error or the voiding of an event under the applicable sporting rules.
• SK69 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet placed by any User at its reasonable discretion, including where it suspects irregularities, match-fixing, or insider information is involved.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed within the Platform at the time of placing the bet.
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the prices available at the time the bet request is processed. Prices are subject to change in real-time and are not guaranteed until the bet confirmation is issued.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a gaming or sporting event, SK69's decision, informed by reference to official event results and applicable product rules, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SK69 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or other financial crime through use of the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other competitive gaming format to gain an unfair advantage;
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing any genuine deposit transaction with your financial institution;
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to access or operate your account;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.

SK69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of player protection tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered Members via the account settings panel and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your account;
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you may stake within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

All content on the SK69 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to SK69 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of SK69.

The SK69 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of SK69. Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any SK69 trade mark without express prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SK69, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and under any theory of liability;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or transmissions, where such loss is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including betting tips, game guides, or promotional descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude SK69's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

SK69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached any provision of these Terms, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), SK69 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account pending investigation and to forfeit any bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following conclusion of any investigation, unless the funds are determined to be proceeds of fraudulent activity.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting SK69 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which SK69 holds its operating licences. Where a dispute arises between you and SK69, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration forums applicable under SK69's operating licence framework. Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded by contract.

SK69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, SK69 will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via platform notification or email communication. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact SK69 support to arrange account closure.
